With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, authorize the disclosure, or request a Service that requires sharing the information.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

IntellaCo does not sell personal information for money.

Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain advertising or analytics technologies. If we engage in activity legally considered a sale or sharing of personal information, eligible individuals may request to opt out as described in the “Your Privacy Rights” section.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies for:

* Essential website functions;

* Account authentication;

* Shopping-cart and checkout functions;

* Security and fraud prevention;

* Remembering preferences;

* Measuring website traffic and performance;

* Understanding visitor activity; and

* Marketing or advertising, where permitted.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, when available, our cookie-consent tool. Disabling essential cookies may prevent some website features from working correctly.

Where required by applicable law, we will request consent before placing nonessential cookies.

8. Marketing Communications

We may send information about products, services, renewals, promotions, or company news when permitted by law.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending necessary account, billing, renewal, security, support, or transaction-related communications.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

* Provide and support Services;

* Maintain customer and transaction records;

* Comply with tax, accounting, contractual, and legal obligations;

* Resolve disputes;

* Prevent fraud and abuse;

* Maintain system security; and

* Enforce our agreements.

Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the Service involved, legal requirements, and legitimate business needs.

When information is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it until deletion is practical. Information may remain temporarily in system backups or archives.

Customers are responsible for maintaining copies of information they wish to preserve before canceling Services. Data associated with canceled Services may be deleted according to the applicable service agreement and retention schedule.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.

These safeguards may include:

No internet transmission, electronic storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords, account credentials, local devices, and authorized users.

Please contact us promptly if you believe an account or information has been compromised.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to IntellaCo, you may have the right to:

* Request access to personal information we maintain about you;

* Request correction of inaccurate information;

* Request deletion of personal information;

* Obtain a portable copy of certain information;

* Restrict or object to certain processing;

* Withdraw consent;

* Opt out of marketing communications;

* Opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising;

* Request information about categories of information collected, used, or disclosed; and

* Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information necessary to complete a transaction, provide a requested Service, protect security, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims.

To submit a privacy request, contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal.

Because the signal is browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable it separately on each browser or device you use.

13. Children’s Privacy

Our websites and Services are intended for businesses and a general adult audience. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate parental authorization, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our websites may contain links to websites, platforms, applications, or services operated by third parties. This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of those third parties.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information to them. IntellaCo is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of independently operated third-party services.

## 15. International Data Transfers

Our company and primary operations are based in the United States. Personal information may be processed or stored in the United States or another country where we or our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate measures designed to protect personal information transferred across national borders.

16. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our websites may not respond to every Do Not Track request.

Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will process supported Global Privacy Control signals as described above.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

When we update the policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through our website, account portal, or email when appropriate.

Your continued use of our Services after an updated policy takes effect is subject to the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
